Understanding People Permissions

Default values have been set for the existing roles of Account Owner, Administrator, Manager, Assistant Manager and Staff based on their hierarchy. Using the defaults as a starting point you can then add more permissions, downgrade or remove access depending on the role. 

 

Within the Settings menu, select Roles and Permissions, then View on the particular role you want to edit.

 

People Permissions

 

Family Account Main

Profile management and child assignments

Need: Access to 'Child Main' permission to add children (create level and above)

Need: Access to 'Contact Main' permission to add contacts (create level and above)

Read-only: Can view Families > Accounts

  • Provides full access

Family Account Documents

Access to account linked documents (child health and enrollment)
