Understanding General Permissions

Default values have been set for the existing roles of Account Owner, Administrator, Manager, Assistant Manager and Staff based on their hierarchy. Using the defaults as a starting point you can then add more permissions, downgrade or remove access depending on the role. 

 

Within the Settings menu, select Roles and Permissions, then View on the particular role you want to edit.

 

General Permissions

 

Agency Main

Agency creation and requirement management

Read-only: Can view 

     
     

Business Main

Read-only: Can view Business > Profile; Business > CCS Provider Management

Classes

Manage class details, regulations, staff assignment and default fees

NEED: Access to the 'Spaces' permission to be able to view 'Space Names' within a class

Read-only: Can view Centres > Classes

Edit

  • Edit existing Class info

  • Add new Class

  • Archive existing class

Fees

Manage session cost, utilisation, class assignment(s), and late pick-up/early drop-off fees

Read-only: Can view Centres > Fees

  • Deactivate existing class

Spaces

Manage locations that classes are assigned to or need to move to throughout a centre

NEED: Access to 'Classes' permission to view specific class Spaces (Edit level or above)

NEED: Access to 'Centre main' permission to view all spaces (Read only level or above)

Read-only: Can view the selected space on the classes and within Centre Profile > Spaces

Centre Tags

Tags assignment

NEED: Access to 'Centre main' permission to view/manage these tags

Read-only: Can view selected centre tags, cannot search on Tags

Reporting

Access to reporting metrics and data

Read-only: Can view/build the full list of reports and view the Dashboard reporting and download csv files
