This report provides a complete list of active contracts per child within a centre, as well as the days they attend on that contract.

Building the report
To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.
Select Run report on the Families report named Contract
Select the Centre/s and add a date to display active contracts, then select Generate Report
Modify the report
The report will then build as an excel spreadsheet. You can format the report to utilise this for various information. Each heading will then have a dropdown that you can filter each heading by:
Ways to utilise the report:
Identify which days a child attends
Each line for a child identifies the class they are in and the days they attend
Identify Contract start and end dates
Depending on the date you enter for the report, you will see a list of contracts and their start and end date.
