Bringing in the New Year with lots of improvements and updates!
Fixes
The Point of Care app has been updated to v1.1.66, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes a fix to address a photo note caching issue, and to resolve an issue with the ratio counter in the Classroom Overview dock.
Improvements & Updates
We've improved the layout of the PDF Enrolment Forms, new enrolment form PDFs are no longer cutting off or splitting lines of text across different pages!
Families may notice a refreshed login screen when accessing enrolment features via a web browser, which aims to increase the emphasis of the Register button for new enrolling families.
We have updated the list of permissions and authorisations for Additional Contacts as per the Education and Care Services National Regulations have been added to the account contacts. A parent can now confirm which of their additional contacts can consent to medical treatment, transportation by ambulance and allow regular outings and transportation.
Please note: All centres with online Enrolment Forms in Kangarootime have been updated. Authorisations for additional contacts (consent to medical treatment, transportation by ambulance, and allow regular outings and transportation) will be collected alongside pickup and emergency contact permissions on the enrolment form. To avoid doubling up with any custom fields that previously covered these Authorisations, we've removed the custom questions from your form setup for you, but don't worry, you can still access previous answers on the Custom Data Fields tab for as long as you need!
