The KT Point of Care Australia app has been updated to v1.1.78, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes some maintenance to data logging, and resolved casual booking syncing issues.

The KT Workforce Connect Australia app has been updated to v1.1.21, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for your staff members. This update addressed time zone and time off discrepancies.

The Employee Schedule is now able to be successfully printed from the Staff View screen.

Previously the New Contracts report showed an incorrect value in the Days Per Week column. This has now been resolved, and the correct days per week are displayed!

CWAs with Casual frequency agreements were not being created correctly, this meant the parents were being presented with incorrect days for them to agree to. The Casual CWA has now been released.

The KT Connect Australia app has been updated to v3.0.6, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for parents at your centre. This update introduces the necessary elements required to capture an authorised digital DDR form on all NEW payment methods. The contact will be emailed a copy for their records.

The login flow for the Family web portal has been updated! Contacts who are associated with multiple accounts, potentially across different businesses, can now manage which account they would like to perform actions in at any time via the Family Portal!
Scenarios:

  1. Parent that has multiple Contact Profiles in Kangarootime across businesses or within the same business - using their email, when they login they will be presented with the 'Multiple accounts found' screen, showing the different accounts they are associated with. They select the appropriate one and log in!
If I am already logged into the portal and I have multiple Contact Profiles, I can now use my name icon in the bottom left to switch between my accounts.
  2. Re-enrolment, Update details links:
If I'm logged in as Account A and then get a re-enrolment or update form for Account B, when I click on the email link it will ask me to reauthenticate automatically and select the correct account.

If I'm already logged into the correct Account and click on the email link again, I won't need to authenticate.

We now surface a child's enrolment updates! If you have ever wondered what has changed on a child's enrolment via re-enrolment or the Update Form process, look no further! We now clearly define any changes that have been made. These can be seen under the Enrolment > Management > Families > History tab, by dropping down on the Completed request, and selecting View Form Updates.

Similarly, we also now surface a child's enrolment form link for enrolment forms sent via the re-enrolment or the Update Form process! Here you can see where a parent is up to in the completion of their child's enrolment form, in the same manor as on the Lead Management screen. This can be seen under the Enrolment > Management > Families > History tab, by dropping down on the Viewed request, and selecting View Form.

We have introduced the ability to edit the enquiry created date on the Lead Management screen! As a staff member, now when you manually add a lead enquiry you will have the power to edit the date and time of the enquiry.
There are two places that you can do this: 1. Add Enquiry and 2. Edit Enquiry Details (please refer to the images below). By default, we display the current date and time for the centre you are entering an enquiry for. From there you can make the date/time change and Save.

  1. Add Enquiry
  2. Edit Enquiry Details

The Discount screen now has filters! We are introducing a new and improved grid style table to Kangarootime. The first instance of this can be found on the discount screen. This grid will start to be introduced to other areas of Kangarootime as development occurs in each area. Nothing has functionally changed for discounts, however there are a few user experience improvements aimed to make the discount management task easier:
  • Global discounts have statuses
    • Active
    • Ended
    • Scheduled (starts in the future)
  • Filters added
    • Dates
    • Method (Recurring, Manual, All)
    • Type (Fee, Session Gap) Please note: only Session Gap is available for now.
    • Status
    • Centre
  • The 'Ongoing or End' checkbox has been removed from the Edit modal. You can utilise the End date field to select ongoing or ended discounts.

The Child Health and Wellness report has been improved so it can now capture the health and wellness information of all children attending for a single day when the report is run for one day only.

Centre Employees can now view an Account's Direct Debit Request (DDR) Agreement! There are two places that the centre can view an account's DDR agreement form:

  1. On the Billing Overview tab on the account - across from the payment method
  2. On the Documents tab on the account

Contacts will receive a copy of their Direct Debit Request (DDR) Agreement. In a separate email to the contact's enrolment form, they will now receive a copy of their signed DDR form for their records.

Creation of Direct Debit Request (DDR) Agreement forms via the Add Payment method in KT Connect! Now when a parent adds a new payment method to their account via KT Connect, they will need to authorise in the same way as they do in enrolment and re-enrolment. This includes the following:

  • Provide the 'Account Holder Name' for both Bank Account and Credit Card payment methods.
  • In the Agreement and Authorisation section, they will need to check 'I confirm that I am the account holder of this payment method'.
  • Provide their signature and the 'Account Holder name' pulled down to display next to the signature.

As they provide the above authorisations to add their payment method, a DDR Agreement form will be created and remain on the account in association with the relevant payment method.
