Enhancements
Flagging payments on creation
Previously, if a payment was over the 30% threshold it was only being flagged at the point of submission. This has now been updated to flag on creation whether automated or manual to provide you with more time to follow up and manage as needed.
New Features
Notifications
A notification system has now been established and will grow to include important information, warning and errors to assist in managing your centre. The first notification will warn Account Owners if the centre PRODA device is expiring or expired. This document will be kept up to date with any new notifications as they are connected and who the audience receiving the message will be.

Bus Rosters
A new option has been added for centres that provide bus services to add children to the list for pick up and drop off and to check the bus status each day.

Gap Fee Waiver
A new feature has been created in order for the gap fee to be waived for COVID absences.
- If you would like this feature activated for your centre please let us know which users this should be activated for. This feature will not be turned on for all users.
