Improvements & Updates
We have listened to feedback regarding the moving of the Overview screen under Attendances, and have now added the +Add Session button to the Overview screen for ease of adding casual bookings for children while viewing the centre's occupancy.
We have now implemented Expiring and Expired Credit Card notifications. The centre and applicable parents will now receive notifications when the parent's Credit Card payment method is expiring (1 month before expiration), and expired.
Parents will receive the notifications via the KT Connect parent app. The centre will receive notifications via the Bell icon in Kangarootime on the browser.
We have also made some enhancements to the Search fields in the Families > Accounts, Families > Contacts and Billing > Accounts screens. This enables users to quickly and more efficiently find a specific family with the information they have.
Updates to the search function on the Families > Account screen:
- the user can now search by primary contact's phone number
- the user can now search by primary contact's email address
- the user can now search by primary contact's CRN
