This report gathers information within Kangarootime that is relevant to the data needed to complete the QLD Census.
Please Note: This report pulls information from the QLD Kindergarten Programs, meaning it will only show data for children attached to a QLD Kindergarten Program at your centre.

Building the report
To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.
Select Run report on the families report QLD Census
Select the Centre(s). Select the Date.
Ways to Utilise the report
This CSV report displays information for children linked to the centre's QLD Kindergarten program, including the child's First Name, Last Name, DOB, Sex, Indigenous status, NESB, Street Address, Suburb, Postcode, State, Hours Enrolled Preschool, Hours Attended Preschool, Preschool Program Repeat Indicator, and Health Care Card.
These categories display data available in Kangarootime, which can then be entered into the QLD Census.
