FINANCE - Occupancy Totals report

The Occupancy Totals report captures the actual count of children per day in a Class, the capacity of their class and the occupancy percentage within a date range you enter.


Building the report

To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.

Select Run Report on the Finance report named Occupancy Totals

Select the Centre/s, and choose specific classes or All Classes.

Enter the Start Date and End Date for the occupancy period.

By default, the report will exclude classes with no Attendance and those with Non CCS Care Type.  You can include them by turning the switch to OFF.

One selected, Generate Report

What information can you find on this report?

  • Daily occupancy of each class
  • Weekly occupancy of each class

  • Daily occupancy for the centre
  • Weekly occupancy for the centre
