This report will show data relating to contracts being created/edited.

Building the report

To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.

Select Run Report on the families report Edits to Contracts

Select the centre and date range you wish to view the report for

Select Generate Report

Information found on the report

Date and Time contract was modified, previous data vs new data, employee who modified, and creation of and updates to:

• Fees Assigned
• Class
• Start/End Date
• Frequency
• Reason for end/change
