Building the report
To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.
Select Run report on the families report Ended Contracts
Select the Centre(s). Select the start and end date
Ways to Utilise the report
This Excelreport can be used to gather information on why children have ended care at the centre or have changed Classes.
Please note: The Exit Reason column should be filtered to remove the Room/Class change reasons to only see the contracts that have ended care completely.
