FAMILIES - Email Address Report

This report is presented by Centre. It shows the email address for each contact on the account according to the filters selected.

Building the report

To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.

Select Run report on the families report Email Address

Select the Centre(s). Select the Account Status (Active, Inactive, Future) and Account Contact Type (Primary, Non-Primary)

Ways to Utilise the report

This Excel report can be used to gather email addresses for each contact type at the centre to send various communication types to the contacts.
