Kindy For All (QLD Kindergarten 2023) Transition Statements

This document is designed to assist you with entering and submitting the number of Transition Statements per child for the children within your Kindy For All Queensland Kindergarten 2023 program for the centre. Each year, Period 4 Acquittal submission requires a total of transition statements sent for each child through the QCAA portal.
Each year this screen will display the current calendar year from March, to allow you time to submit the previous year's Transition Statements and finalise centre Period 4 Acquittals. 
Please note: Transition Statements are only required for Period 4 each year. 

Enter and Save the number of Transition Statements sent per child 

1. Navigate to Subsidies in the menu, and select Kindy Funding from the drop down options. 
2. On the Kindy For All screen, navigate to the Transition Statements tab.
3. Select your centre from the box on the right hand side. Once the centre has been selected, you will see a list of the children linked to the Queensland Kindergarten Program for the selected centre.
4. Enter the number of Transition Statements sent to any Catholic, Independant and State schools for each child. If the number of Transition Statements sent was 0 for any column, enter 0.
   Please note: A number MUST be entered for each child linked to the Kindergarten Program, otherwise the government will not accept the Period 4 Acquittal submission.
5. Once this has been completed, select Save.
   The Tranisiton Statement numbers saved here will be sent to the government when you Submit your Period 4 Acquittal for the centre.
