Managing Enrolments through KT Connect

Primary Contacts on an account can use the KT Connect App to manage enrolments for their children, including requesting new contracted days. Follow the steps below to request new or updated enrolments for your children!

  1.  Open your KT Connect App
  2. Select the 'Hamburger' menu (3 line icon) in the top left corner
  3. Select Manage Enrolments
  4. To create a new enrolment request, select the Request New or Updated Enrolment button
  5. Follow the prompts and complete all required fields for each child. You will need to select your centre(s), then the child(ren) you are enrolling/updating the enrolment for, as well as the child's start date, contract type (if applicable), and days of attendance. 

Once your enrolment request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your enrolment enquiry has been added to the centre's waitlist. Your center will then send you an offer as vacancies become available.

Important note: All available classes for which your child meets the criteria will display as options to select. For example, if you see a class that is available for one child but not the other, there may be an age restriction on that class, and you may need to contact your centre.
