Setting up your Centre CCSS/CCMS Approvals

To begin communicating with the Child Care Software System (CCSS) for your centre, you need to add your CCSS Approval details into KT.  For those centres that receive Inclusion Support, you can also add your CCMS approval details in.


From the Centre profile, select the CCSS Details tab.



To Add a CCSS Approval


Across from CCSS Approvals, select + Add Approval and you will be prompted to enter your

  • Care Type
  • CCS Service ID
  • CCS Start Date


Select Update and you will see the CCSS Approval details displayed on the screen.



To Add a CCMS Approval


Across from CCMS Approvals, select + Add Approval and you will be prompted to enter your

  • CCMS Username
  • CCMS Password
  • Approval ID (CCSS Service ID)


Select Update and you will see the CCMS Approval details displayed on the screen.
