Setting Up Casual Enrolment options for Online Enrolments

Using our online enrolment feature, centres can choose to allow for enrolment on a casual basis. As a result, families will have an active casual enrolment contract, allowing parents to book casual sessions at your centre via the KT Connect App. Follow the instructions below to set up this feature for your centre in Kangarootime.
Please note: configuration of casual booking settings are required prior to allowing for casual enrolments. Please see Setting Up Casual Booking at your Centre for instructions.

Configure Casual Enrolment options for the Enquiry Enrolment Flow

For centres who use the standard enquiry flow for online enrolments. See Choosing an Enrolment Workflow for more information.

1. Select Enrolment
2. Select Settings
3. Select Offer Settings
4. Find Centre Settings
5. Select the box next to your centre(s) and choose your enrolment option:
   • "Casual and Permanent" allows for both casual enrolment as well as permanent enrolment
   • "Casual Only" allows for casual enrolment, but not permanent enrolment
6. Select Save
7. Select Save again

For centres who use program-specific flow for online enrolments. See Choosing an Enrolment Workflow for more information.

1. Select Enrolment
2. Select Programs
3. Under Actions, select the 3 dots on a program for which you'd like to allow casual enrolment
4. Select Edit
5. Scroll down and select Next
6. Choose your centre(s), and under Enrolment Options, make a selection:
   • "Casual and Permanent"allows for both casual enrolment as well as permanent enrolment
   • "Casual Only" allows for casual enrolment, but not permanent enrolment
7. Select Save
8. Select Confirm
