Enable Guardians to Add a New Child via KT Connect

Parents with Primary Contact level permissions can add & enrol another child in care from their Kangarootime mobile app, KT Connect. The centre must first enable this feature in Kangarootime before it will be available on KT Connect for their families. 

To enable adding a new child via KT Connect:

  1. Select Enrolment
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the Re-Enrolment tab
  4. Scroll to Global Centre Settings, and ensure Family Access To Enrolment Management is set to ON.

If your business has multiple centres, you can turn Family Access to ON or OFF per centre.

Parents will now be able to enrol new children to their existing account using the KT Connect app. Please see Adding a New Child to an Existing Account through KT Connect for a step by step guide as to how this is done by the families.
