Parent initiated payments will no longer be flagged! Payments made by guardians via KT Connect will no longer be subject to the flagging rules used on a centre initiated payment. Centre initiated payments will be flagged as normal.

On the Attendance Weekly report asthmatic children were not displaying the medical condition symbol, which was not highlighting enough of an alert. Children with any kind of medical condition are now highlighted as such on the Attendance Weekly report, with the medical symbol.

You can now choose to save a blank copy of your enrolment form as a PDF. Head to the Enrolment Forms setup screen and locate the form, click the grey circle with the three dots and choose Print Form. This will open it up in your favourite browser, where you can use the browser's printing method and send it to a printer or save as a PDF. Please see Save a PDF Enrolment Form for a detailed step by step guide.

This is one we know you have been waiting for - Adding a New Child to an Existing Account through Re-Enrolment! Our re-enrolment feature in Kangarootime now allows parents/guardians to add on additional children to the parent/guardian's existing account. Simply send a re-enrolment request for the family, and the parent/guardian can then add on a new child to the account. This child will then appear in the waitlist, where you can action the waitlist enquiry as per usual. Please see Adding a New Child to an Existing Account through Re-Enrolment for more information and a step by step guide.

Or alternatively,

Parents can now Add a New Child to an Existing Account through the KT Connect app! Parents will be able to add on a new child to their existing account by requesting a place at the selected centre through the KT Connect app. The child will then appear in the waitlist, where you can action the waitlist enquiry as per usual. Please see Adding a New Child to an Existing Account through KT Connect for a step by step guide for parents/guardians.
Note: Centres must opt in to provide this option for families. More information can be found within this article: Enable Guardians to Add a New Child via KT Connect

Note: Sometimes the features in our release notes are not visible to everyone. If you want to learn more or if you don’t see some of the above features but believe you should, please reach out to the Kangarootime Customer Support Team.
