Point of Care - Parent Experience

This guide will provide you with information regarding the Parent/Guardian Point of Care Experience. 

Information will recorded by educators throughout the day in regards to a child/children and the information then can be accessed by parents/guardians through Kangarootime KT Connect App. 

Information will be entered and recorded in real time, including meals, toileting, sleep/rest times, activities and any general notes the educators may need/want to notify parents of regarding to the child's day. Photos of the child/children can also be taken and available for parents through the KT Connect APP. 

Photos added to the Point of Care app in the Gallery are then sent to KT for approval. You can approve photos by navigating to Photos > Dashboard, and approving the pending photos. Once a photo has been approved, the parents will be able to view any photos with their child tagged in the Gallery of the KT Connect app.

If a parent/guardian forgets to sign the child into the KT Kiosk on any given day, once the child is then checked in by the educator, to a room, this will be the recorded time for sign in. 

If child is signed out of educator's custody on the Point of Care app, they are then signed out, with the corresponding sign out time and educator's name displaying in the KT attendances.
