Point of Care - Login information for Directors/Employees

This guide will assist you with logging into the Kangarootime Point of Care App. 


Point of Care is an application used by Directors and Staff to record a child's daily information while in attendance at the service. The POC App allows you to record information such as general notes, toileting, nutrition/food, sleep/rest, exercise/extra curriculum activities, supplies that a child has eg. Nappy rash cream.

Downloading the POC App

On your tablet, you will need to download the Kangarootime Point of Care App. This can be searched and downloaded from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store depending on your tablet type.

Logging into the POC App

Enter the Email and Password used to sign in to Kangarootime.

Select Sign In

Selecting your Centre

If you are a business that has multiple centres: 

Select your centre from the drop down options under Centre Name.

Select Continue

New Day/Reset 

If you are wanting to enter information for a new day select Reset and Confirm 

If you are a 24 hour centre you will not reset as you need to have continual rollover of information.


Once you are successfully logged in you will see the detailed view overview (default overview when app is opened) screen displayed.
