Point of Care
The Kangarootime Point of Care app has had many improvements this week. These are as follows:
- Login improvements: The app correctly remains logged in as a new user after the previous user has logged out.
- Historical Daily Notes now displays the correct data for the days selected
- Correction to My Day edits: Edited Notes now properly reflect the most recent information and time the note was updated upon selecting Save.
- Check out times now accurately reflect the time zones that a child and centre are in.
- My Day and View Notes now show the same note information initially and upon update.
Updates
Business ID
Every Business has a unique ID, this Business ID is not displayed in the Business Profile URL. If you cannot see it, you will need to clear the cache in your browser.
Character limit removed from tag creation
The character limit has been removed from tag creation, so you will now be able to create tags with longer names. For example, After School Care now fits on a tag.
Contacts
When you add a contact to either a child or an account, you will now see the option to send that contact a confirmation email which will link them to the KT Connect app. This displays in the form of a checkbox. This is set to release next week, 5/9/22.
Debt Report Options
When running the Debt Report, you will now be presented with the option to exclude zero and credit balances from the report.
Payrate Permissions
The Payrate permission is now visible in Roles and Permissions. This will be defaulted to Delete level for all Account Owners and the previous settings that were in place for other roles. This is set to release next week, 5/9/22.
Point of Care
Point of Care now displays the child's date of birth on the child's card. There has been an addition of a video icon on videos to differentiate between video and photos in the gallery.
