Fixes

✅ 

  • When a waitlist request was accepted for a re-enrolment offer and a new contract created, the old one was not ended and duplicate contracts were created. This has now been resolved and the old contract will be ended when a new contract is created via re-enrolment.


New Features

✨ 

  • Bulk Actions have moved! To allow for more bulk actions in the program we have moved the menu option to its own home away from the Attendance/Booking screen

  • The Fees screen has had a change in look to match the Discount screen! From the Fees screen there is now an option to see what accounts are linked to each fee and the latest schedule date for the fee.

  • Export Waitlist report
    • On the Enrolment > Lead Management page there is an option to Export the waitlist. This will give you a report of all entries on the Waitlist tab of this page. 
    • Article - Export Waitlist

  • Option to Bulk End all Contracts
    • There is now an option via Attendance > Bulk Actions > Manage Contracts to end contracts on a certain date for all children in the selected classes.

  • Charged or not charged filters on Attendance > Finance screen
  • Adding Additional Centres to manual Enquiries 
    • When creating an Enquiry for an exiting account there is an option to select additional centres for the request.

Improvements & Updates

  • We have found situations where duplicate contracts are being created and are causing issues with billing on accounts. These contracts are created by users and not related to the fix mentioned in the Fix section. We are looking to improve the way contracts are able to be created to not allow overlapping contracts while still providing freedom to ensure contract patterns suit the account. Further information will be posted in the next release notes, until then, if you have any feedback or requests around how contracts are managed please send that through to help@kangarootime.com.au with Contract Update Feedback as the subject line.

  • With child safety being highlighted recently in the sector, we have been reviewing the authorities and access to children that is provided in the program. We have found that there are situations where a guardian who has Primary authorisations on their own account also has the same authority for that child on an alternate account. While the child profile has clear indication that both guardians have authority over the child, we reflected and found this may not be the best solution. We are going to work towards limiting the authority for collection to the account that has the session at that time.
    We are highlighting this as a solution we are going to release in early October so that internal reviews can be undertaken to ensure a smooth transition to this change. Once released, when a guardian arrives to sign a child in or out and they do not have pick up permission assigned on the account that owns the current session, they will not have access via the kiosk to sign in or out.
