Manually charging a child on the Attendance Roll

Modified on Wed, 6 Mar at 1:04 AM

This article will assist you to manually charge a child on the attendance roll.

If you are a centre that forward charges your accounts and this contract change falls within a charged period, the child is automatically removed from their old class but you will need to go to Attendance and charge the child in their new class for that week/s.

Example - If automatic charges are processed on 12/12/21 and the contract was edited on 13/12/21, all future charges after 12/12/21 will be automatically removed. You will need to manually go into the attendance for the child and add charges to dates 13/12/21 onwards depending on your billing setup will depend on how far in advance you need to manually charge.

Attending a manual charge
