Adding an Enquiry

There is an option to Add Enquiry on the Lead Management screen which allows for users to add people to the waitlist manually. As an example, this would generally be used if a parent came into the centre, take their enquiry details and enter them into the system to show on the waitlist. 

To do this, navigate to the Lead Management screen by selecting Enrolment in the menu, then Lead Management from the drop down options. 

Select the + Add Enquiry button in the top right hand corner

Select the Centre that the family is enquiring about from the drop down list of centres within your business, then select Add Enquiry.

Once you have done this, you will be presented with your centre's Enquiry form to fill out. Enter all details for the family that are enquiring. 

Once you have filled out the guardian and child details and select Next, you will enter the child's requested start date, and choose from the drop down list of programs as to which program the family are enquiring about for the child. Once you have selected the program, you will then select the days the family are wanting their child to attend the centre.
Once you have filled out the child's schedule and selected Next, you will be presented with a Review of the entered details. To submit this enquiry, select Submit

You will then need to confirm the submission of the enquiry by selecting Submit. If you want to go back to the review screen again to review the details entered, select Review.

Upon selecting Submit, you will see that your submission has been successful!

You can also see the new Enquiry in your centre's Waitlist tab.
