Kangarootime is a Child Care Software Management system that provides a high level of functions and applications to assist services to run smoothly and effectively on a day to day basis.

Kangarootime Child Care Management Software

What is it used for: Kangarootime is used to manage the attendance, connection to CCS and sending parent statements. It is the core program used to manage a centre. 

How to access it: Access to Kangarootime is through a web URL, so all you require is an internet connection and you can login from any device, tablet or PC.

Who should use it: Anyone that needs full access to all areas of the program to manage the day to day operations of the centre. It should be accessed daily to check children attendance, sending statements, CCSS connections and general management of the centre. 


Kangarootime Kiosk  

What is it used for: Kangarootime Kiosk is used to capture accurate attendance times and sessions for Children. Parents sign Children in and out on the Kiosk either via QR code or entering phone number and PIN on the device

How to access it: Kiosk is an App to download from the app store from your device.

Who should use it: Kiosk is used by parents to sign their children in or out of the centre

Please be aware that you are not able to print out the QR Code from the Kiosk screen as this updates on a regular basis. 

 

KT Point of Care  

What is it used for: Employee Flexibility, Child Transitioning, Reporting at Point of Care
How to access it: KT Connect is an App to download from the app store from your device.

Who should use it: Point of Care is used within a classroom space, and ensures a relationship between Educator, Child and Classroom. The app provides the ability to move educators between rooms, moving children around the centre will be recorded and easier with Point of Care and the ability to record activities for children in real time will be completed with just a few clicks.


KT Connect - App for Parents 

What is it used for: KT Connect allows parents to see their account balance, make one off payments, manage their payment methods, update their Kiosk PIN and use the QR code to sign their child in

How to access it: KT Connect is an App to download from the app store from your device.

Once KT Connect is downloaded to their device, the parent's first step will be to verify their email or phone number on their account.

Logging In

Enter your email or phone number, you will then be sent a Verification Code to enter.
