The Dashboard provides you with an overview of the number of Photos that have been either Sent to Families within the classes, Approved Today, Waiting Approval, or Declined Today. You can also add your own photos, and approve and decline photos that have been sent for approval from the Point of Care App through this screen.

Photos Sent to Families
This box gives an overview of how many photos have been sent to families within each classroom. This can be filtered in the top right hand corner of the box by day and by total photos.
Photos Approved Today / Waiting Approval / Declined Today
This box gives an overview of how many photos there have been approved and declined today, as well as how many photos are waiting approval. You can view these photos below. These photos can be filtered by selecting the drop down list on the left hand side of the box. You will then be able to view the photos that have been approved, declined or are pending approval.
Approving Photos
View the photos that are Pending Approval. Select the photo that you want to approve, then select Approve Selected.
Declining Photos
View the photos that are Pending Approval. Select the photo that you want to approve, then select Decline Selected.
Adding Photos
Select the + Add Photo / Video button located in the top right hand corner of the page.
Upload the photo or video from your device's files, fill out the Classroom and Date of the photo. You can also select the children within the photo, and add a note if you wish. Then select Save.
