Point of Care - Editing Activity Notes

This guide will assist you to edit activity notes in the Point of Care App. To edit Activity notes that have been added against a child you will need to select the child in the class. The list of Activity notes will then be displayed along the right hand side of the screen.

General Notes


General Notes can be added by selecting the above icon. Enter the note for the selected child/ren, then Save.

 

 

Nappy Changes & Toileting

Nappy changing and toileting notes can be added by selecting the above icon. Once the icon is selected, you will be able to select NappyToileting or Custom Text note types. Enter the information to record the nappy changing and toileting note for the selected child/ren, then select Save. 

 


 

Nutrition

Nutrition notes can be added by selecting the above icon. Once the icon is selected, you will be able to select Feeding, Meal or Custom Text note types. Enter the information to record the nutrition note for the selected child/ren, then select Save

 

 

Resting

Resting notes can be added by selecting the above icon. Once the Resting icon has been selected, you will be able to enter the nap start time for the selected child/ren, then press Start Nap

 

When a child is asleep and marked as resting, their name will appear in a box below all of the children's names. To record the child's wake up time, press End Nap.

 

Exercise Notes

Exercise notes can be added by selecting the above icon. Enter the information to record the exercise note for the selected child/ren, then select Save.

 

 

Supplies

Supplies can be added by selecting the above icon. Enter the information to record the supplies needed for the selected child/ren, then select Save.

 

Photos and videos can be added by selecting the above icon. Select a photo or video from your device's photo library for the selected child/ren, then select Save. 

 

Note: Photos and videos then need to be approved in KT before parents will be able to view them in the KT Connect app. These can be viewed and approved in Photos > Dashboard. See the Photos Dashboard article for more information on approving photos from POC.
