This report is designed to assist with building the session fees and times, and what you can use this report for.

Building the report
To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.
Select run report on the finance report session fees and times
Select the centre and date range, the format type (CSV or Excel), and select Generate Report.
Modify the report
The report will then build as an excel spreadsheet. You can format the report to utilise this for various different bits of information.
This step is only necessary for the CSV file, as the Excel file will automatically include column filters: To set filters in excel Highlight the row with the headings, select Sort & Filter and Select filter
Each heading will then have a dropdown that you can filter each heading by:
Ways to utilise the report:
Identify Fee Charge for Session
Filter by child that you are looking for or leave as all, remove excess column's that you don't want information to display for, see the Fee Name and Fee Value columns.
Identify sign in and out times
Filter by child that you are looking for or leave as all, remove excess column's that you don't want information to display for, see the Sign In Time and Sign Out Time columns.
Identify Absent type
Filter by child that you are looking for or leave as all, remove excess column's that you don't want information to display for, see the Absent column.
Identify the Sessions Origin
In the Booking Origin column, you will be able to see where the child's sessions originated.
The session entity has the following sources:
- Default - A session is associated with a child's contract
- ADHOC - A session was created manually
- Parent App - A session was created by a parent through KT Connect
- Migrations - A session was created during the migration
- Third Party - A session was created via a third party app
