Updates to Session Fees and Times Report
Previously the Absent column only reported Standard absences. This is updated to include Holiday and Additional absence.

Ability to split CC/DD Surcharges
You are now able to make a split decision as to who will be liable to pay CC and DD fees for payments.

Transaction Service Fees
When a decision is made to charge parents the DD or CC fees for a payment, you will now see the fee included in the initial payment transaction for them. This means the payment amount they view on their Centre statement will match the amount on their bank settlement. A levy of that service fee will be made to the account at the same time.
Example:
Parent owes $100.00 in fees and they pay by Direct Debit. The DD surcharge is 80c.
Their statement and Account will show
+100.80 automatic/manual DD transaction
- 0.80 Service fee transaction
