This article is designed to assist you with generating a new device code for your B2B device. These codes last 6 months.
Generating a new code
Log into PRODA as the MOC person
Go to Organisations in the top tool bar of the page once logged in
Select the name of your organisation, select B2B Devices
Select your current B2B Device Name, select Disable B2B Device, this will then show your device as being inactive, and you can then select New Device Activation Code
This now needs to be entered into Kangarootime to update your device registration.
