To begin communicating with the Child Care Software System (CCSS) in preparation for reporting and subsidies, you need to connect your Provider details with your Business in KT.
From the Business Profile, select the CCS Provider tab.
Select + Add Provider and you will be prompted to enter your
- Provider Name
- Provider ID - this ID consists of 9 digits and 1 letter
- Organisation ID
- Communications Person ID - this is the PersonID of a MoC (Management or Control) person linked to the Provider. This ID consists of 10 digits, the first digit is always 0. This can be found within the Provider Personnel page of PRODA.
- Device Name (created in the government's PRODA software).
- One-time Security Code (created in the government's PRODA software)

Once all mandatory fields have been completed, you will be able to select Update. You will see the CCS Provider displayed on the screen.
Select the ellipsis (the three dots) to view all of the linked centres for that Provider.
