CCS Provider Management

With your CCSS approval, there is an obligation on the business to report or update changes that occur within the business and it's associated centres.

From the Business > CCS Provider Management screen you are able to submit these updates to CCSS in a timely manner.

From the Provider Management tab you are currently able to submit the following Notifiable Events to CCSS:

  • Provider Name Change
  • Provider Contact Details
  • Provider Physical Address
  • Provider Financial Details
  • Provider Stops Operating a Service
  • Provider enters into Administration, Bankruptcy, Recievership or Liquidation
  • Notification of matters affecting approval
  • Location of records (Provider closure only)
  • Location of records (Service closure only)
  • Control having possible conflict of interest
  • Notification of matter potentially affecting suitability - Individual
  • Service Name Change
  • Service Contact Details
  • Service Address Change
  • Service Financial Details
  • Service Temporarily Ceasing Operations
