Providers who have incurred a debt will receive a debt notice letter as well as viewing the details in Kangarootime.
From the Business menu, select CCS Provider Management from the drop down options, and you can access both the Debt Management and Alternate Arrangements screen by clicking on the tabs.
You can monitor the status of any debts the Provider has, and make alternative arrangements that you have discussed with the government.
