The Point of Care App provides you with a feature to run a Name to Face process.
This will allow educators to physically check of all children in their care and will also record the information in Kangarootime for future access via the Name to Face Report. The report collects the information which confirms when Name to Face was completed and which children were present at the time Name to Face was conducted.
When accessing this feature you will see the children that have been checked into the classroom and from here the Educator will be able to visually confirm the child is in their care at any particular time.

How to run the Name to Face Feature
Select a class
In the class, select the icon that displays a person and a clock at the bottom right hand side of the page
The Name to Face screen will appear as below
Select each child that you physically see in your care and you will see a green tick appear in each child's profile box
Select Submit in the bottom right hand corner.
The Name to Face feature is now complete.
