Changing between Contact Profiles in KT Connect

This article will assist parents and guardians of children at your centre with changing between their contact profiles in KT Connect if they have more than one contact profile. You will need to have KT Connect version 2.6.1 or higher installed. 


Open the KT Connect app, select the hamburger menu in the top left hand corner. 

Select Settings.

 

Select Login User.

Here, all accounts associated with either the email address or phone number that the user has used to log in to KT Connect are displayed. (If the email address was used to log in to KT Connect, all Contact Profiles that are associated with that email address are displayed. Similarly, if the phone number was used to log in to KT Connect, all Contact Profiles that are associated with that phone number are displayed.)

 

You will see the current Contact Profile you are logged in as is indicated as it displays Current. Select a different Contact Profile from the options presented, the selected Contact Profile will then display a green border around it. Select Change Login User to switch to the selected Contact Profile in KT Connect. 

You will then be directed back to the main screen in KT Connect for the selected Contact Profile.
