Version 2.1.5 of KT Connect is now available on the Google Play Store for Android users and on the App Store for iPhone users.

  • When parents/guardians are logging in to the KT Connect app for the first time or for the first time after changing their email address, they will no longer see only the Check In/Out options if the parent/guardian has access to other options.

  • If a parent is a primary contact only - they can log in and use the Attendance screen (to mark children as absent etc.) and the casual booking feature if this has been turned on for your centre.
  • If the contact is a primary contact on account A and a secondary contact on account B (with no permission to pick up) - they will be able to log in but only see the primary children on both the Attendance screen and the casual booking feature.
  • If a contact is a secondary contact only (with permission to pick up) - they will be able to use the Attendance screen but not the casual booking feature.
  • If a contact is a secondary contact only (with no permission to pick up) - they will be able to log in to KT Connect but cannot use the Attendance or casual booking screen.

Updates

Child Health & Wellness screen

Accurate historical information relating to children's medical conditions is now displayed on the Child Profile Health & Wellness screen. When a medical condition is created, 'submitted by' displays on the main dialogue with the employee's details. When an employee updates the condition, the text on the main dialogue changes to 'Last edited by' and the employee details. The 'View History' section displays a full history of changes.
