Fixes

The KT Kiosk app has been updated to v1.3.22, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes a fix to ensure the correct session for children with multi-session attendances on the same day is presented when parents are signing their children in/out, as well as fixing time zone issues relating to manually entered staff time logs.
The KT Connect app has been updated to v2.7.3, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for parents at your centre. This update includes support for attachments in account messaging. Users can now send and receive attachments in messages to/from the center.
Improvements
We've simplified things for you when managing existing family enrolments, whether families are enquiring for different days, new siblings, or updating their enrolment form:
- You'll now see last names within enrolment notifications also, along with handy links across to the Lead Management screen.
- We've also added links so you can easily access a family's account directly from the Enrolment > Management > Families screen. This will open the account in a separate tab, so that you can quickly flick between them if you need to.
- When guardians decline to re-enrol, we'll now collect the date they would like their contract to end. You'll see that requested end date in the notification and in their response in the History screen. We understand that everyone has their own terms and conditions around ending contracts so they're not automatically ended - we encourage you to check notifications and responses regularly so that you can action them according to your regular business processes.
Looking to fill a newly available spot in your kindergarten room from your waitlist? Check out the handy new Child Age Range filter in the Lead Management screen to quickly find an appropriately aged child to snap up that place.
