In the bottom right hand corner of each page on our website you will see a question mark icon to click. In this space you can select the 'Chat with us' option. Our chat lines are manned between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST, where you can speak directly with one of our support staff regarding any questions or queries you may have. This question mark icon can also be used to search for a help article if we are offline.
