Improvements & Updates
For our Queensland services we have updated the source of child Entitlement for the QLD Free Kindy, and updated the system to ignore submitted Acquittal data when calculating funding amounts. This work ensures entitlement changes that occur for a child during a period that has already been submitted to the government will be updated overnight and their gap fee subsidy will reflect the changes. This is to avoid the service having to wait until the end of the following quarter for adjustments to be made to the accounts.
We have improved handling of IS Case Claims to allow both F2F and Non-F2F hours to be claimed for the same day. When entering these hours against multiple educator's for the same day, the system will ensure the total hours for the day split across educators matches the total claimed for both F2F and non-F2F hours.
The Attendance Totals Per Week report now displays Non CCS classes. When you run this report, you can toggle the button pictured to include Non CCS Care Type classes in this report.
We have implemented the grouping of Emergency Contacts by Account! This is step two of our Emergency Contact management updates, and explicitly captures which Emergency Contact belongs to which account. Emergency Contacts on the Child Profile are now wrapped up in an 'Account' box. If a child is linked to multiple accounts, you will see separate 'Account' boxes for each account. The +Add Emergency Contact dropdown list will only show contacts from that specific account.
In accordance with the above changes, the Emergency Contacts report has been updated to reflect split family accounts. On both the PDF and Excel Emergency Contacts report types you will see the emergency contacts listed for each account the child is linked to.
We have updated the Child Profile to display a restrict access to child documents toggle. When turned on, the contacts on a child's account/s will still be able to delete and download contact and account files from the enrolment form, however they will not be able to download child files and potentially see personal data uploaded by other account contacts for the child.
The toggle is located at the bottom of the Child Profile screen, and is off by default.
If turned on, the contact will see the message 'For privacy reasons, this file cannot be downloaded. Uploading a new file will replace this one.' if they tried to download a previously uploaded file for the child via the Form Update request.
