This document is designed to assist you with creating tags for each level and how to apply them, and search via tags at each level.

Create Tags
To create your custom business tags, navigate to Business in the menu and select Tags from the drop down options.
Here you can view and add to the list of tags for Centres, Employees, Children, Contacts and Accounts. To add a tag, type in the tag name and select the + Add button.

Centre
To tag your centre, under Centres on the menu click on Profiles in the drop down options. Once you have found the centre you want to tag, go to the Actions column on the right hand side and click on the three dots (... ), and Edit. Scroll down to the Tags section and select and deselect the tags to apply to your centre. Once applied, you can filter by tags on the main Centre Profiles screen.
Employee
When creating an employee profile, you can also add tags to them. To add tags to an employee's profile after it has been created, go to the Employee Profiles screen and navigate to the Actions column on the right hand side and click on the three dots (... ), and Edit. You can then select and deselect tags under the Employee Tags section. Once applied, you can filter by tags on the main Employee Profiles screen.
Child
When adding details into a child profile, you can add child tags to them. To add tags to a child's profile after it has been created, select Families from the menu and select Children from the drop down options. Once on the Children screen, click on the child to select them. You can then select and deselect tags under the Tags section. Once applied, you can filter by tags on the Children screen.
Contact
When adding details to a contact profile, you can add contact tags to them. To add tags to a contact's profile after it has been created, select Families from the menu and select Contacts from the drop down options. Once on the Contact Profiles screen, click on the contact to select them. You can then select and deselect tags under the Tags section. Once applied, you can filter by tags on the Contacts screen.
Account
When adding details to an account, you can add contact tags to them. To add tags to an account profile after it has been created, select Families from the menu and select Accounts from the drop down options. Once on the Accounts screen, click on the account to select it. You can then select and deselect tags under the Tags section. Once applied, you can filter by tags on the Accounts screen.
