Deactivate and Reactivate an Employee Profile

Employee's can be deactivated when they leave to prevent logging in.  They can be reactivated if this is required.



To Deactivate: 

 

Click on the drop down arrow next to Employees in the menu, select Profiles

 

Click on the Employee

 

Click Deactivate at the bottom of the screen

 

Select the reason for leaving

 

Click Deactivate

 


 

To Reactivate:

 

Click on the drop down arrow next to Employees in the menu, select Profiles

 

Click on the Employee

 

Click Reactivate at the bottom of the screen

 

Select the Role, Centre and Start date and Confirm
