Accepting your Employee Invitation

This article is designed for an employee, and details how to complete your profile in Kangarootime.

Your employer will send an invite through to you via your email address.  Completing this process will provide you with your own login to Kangarootime.


Check your inbox for your invitation: 'Hello! You have been invited to join [Your Centre's] Kangarootime system.

Select the Finish Sign Up button in the email and the Create/Confirm Password page will open for you. Confirm your password and select Continue.

The next step is to create and confirm a PIN that you will use for certain features within Kangarootime. Once added, select Continue.


The onboarding management wizard will open for you to enter your details and upload an image of yourself.  Once complete, you will be ready to use Kangarootime.



Profile Photo is Mandatory

Complete all mandatory fields such as DOB, First Name, Last Name, Address, and Phone number 

Emergency contact information first name, last name, relationship and 

phone number



Set you user availibility
