Create an Ad-hoc Statement

Sometimes you need to look deeper at a family account, in a date range outside of the normal weekly or fortnightly centre statement run.


To create an Ad-hoc statement for an individual family, go to their family Account profile.


Select the Billing tab and then Statements.


Set the From and To dates that you want the statement generated for.


Select Run Manual Report



These statements are not stored, they are generated and will open in a new browser tab for the user.  It is not sent directly to the family contact/s.


Note: The data displayed on these statements will differ to any previously generated statements of the same period, if changes have been made on the account.


To email a family statement  


Once you have completed the steps above clicked 'Run Manual 'Report' the statement will open in a new browser. 


Select the download symbol next the the printer icon on the top left hand side


Save the download to your computer (eg. Smith Account Statement)


Prepare email to family and select attach/insert file and send
