Who will receive these Statements?

Statements are sent to every family account that has had a transaction on their account within that Statement period.

Running a Manual Statement Run

Select Statements under the Billing Menu

Click on + Manual Run

Make your choice between sending based on cycle type or date range.

Cycle Type - after you have selected the suitable options for your centre, you can see a description of the billing period that the statement will be generated for.

Date range - the statement will be generated for the specific date period you select.

Once you are happy with the date range for your statement, click on Run.

If the PDF statement does not run check your tool par if pop ups are blocked, you will need to allow pop ups 

Status of your Statement Run

You can monitor the progress of your statement run by seeing the changing statuses.

Queued - The run has been created and ready to start generating statements

Processing - The individual statements have started to be generated

Completed: No errors - All statements in the run have been generated and sent successfully

Completed: Errors - One or more of the statements had an error occur while being generated

Status of the Individual Statements

You can drill down further and see the progress of individual statements by dropping down the list from the run itself.

Queued - The statement has been queued and ready to be generated

Success - The statement was generated and sent successfully

Error - The statement had an error occur while being generated

Once a parent or guardian has opened the link in their statement email, you will see the 'Seen?' status icon update.
