There are usually two scenarios that can arise when a CCS enrolment is created against an account and child with incorrect information:
-
An Enrolment needs to be removed from an account because it was created with the incorrect details
-
An Enrolment link needs to be moved from one account to another, because it was created on the wrong account.
Kangarootime now provides self-service options to allow you to make these changes when necessary.
Removing an Enrolment
When you have confirmed that a CCS enrolment needs to be removed from an account, go to the Account CCS tab.
Drop down the enrolment and use the three dots to select Remove.
Before the enrolment is removed from the account, you will need to enter the Enrolment ID and select Confirm. This is an extra precaution to ensure the enrolment is not being removed in error.
Moving an Enrolment
When an enrolment has been linked to the incorrect account, you can resolve this in a few short steps.
Firstly, follow the Remove an Enrolment instructions above to unlink the enrolment from the wrong account.
Next, move to the correct account and head to the CCS tab. Use Link Enrolment in the CCS Enrolment section.
You will be presented with any CCS enrolment where the Service, Contact and Child CRN and DOB combination exists.
Please note: The Link Enrolment action will only be available if there are unlinked enrolments that match the CRN and DOB combinations on this account.
Select the appropriate enrolment and Confirm. The enrolment will now be linked to the correct account.
