Managing Subsidies

This article is designed to understand the subsidies menu and what actions can be performed is each section.

Navigating the CCS Subsidies Screen

 

Select the CCS Subsidies option from the Subsidies menu

 

Select the tab for the section you wish to use

 

Overview

This will display a graph of pending, unsubmitted, and errored attendances that subsidies apply to, there is also a display of absent counts by status type. No actions can be performed from this menu.

 

CCS Enrolments

This will display all CCS enrolments by their current status, by selecting the status box it will display enrolments that meet that category type.

 

 

Absences

This will display the children under each status type based on the amount of absent attendances they have recorded with CCS, and marked in advance that have not yet been submitted. By selecting a status it will show only children who's absent count reflects that status.

 

 

Subsidies Tracking 

This will display the status of sessions that are any stage other then received. By selecting the status it will display sessions relating to the selected status only.

 

 

  • Unsubmitted- a total count of sessions that have been prepared for submitting to CCSS
  • Pending- sessions that have been sent to CCS, but have not yet been processed
  • Errored- any sessions that have been submitted but have been sent back from CCSS with an error. Here's how to fix errored subsidies

 

On the Subsidies Tracking screen there are buttons to Run CCS Payment Report and Run CCS Remittance Report

 

Entitlements

This will display a list of children and their previous and current entitlements, the change in percentage or hours within the filtered time frame.

 

On the Entitlements tab there is a button to Run Report for entitlements. 

 

ACCS

This will display all ACCS certificates and determinations by their status. By selecting a status you will see the cases relating to that status. A certificate or determination appears in Expiring within 14 days of the end date.

Once a Certificate or determination have been Expired or Rejected for 14 days, they no longer appear in the filters.

 

 

CWA

This displays all of the Complying Written Agreements (CWAs) for the families within your centre. From this screen you can view approved, pending, rejected and cancelled CWAs, as well as send out new and updated CWAs to families who have had changes to their permanent sessions.
