Managing IS Case Subsidies

This article is designed to manage IS case claims and payments. 


The Inclusion Support Program was introduced to support children with additional needs by providing access and inclusion into early childhood education services. For more information, download the Inclusion Support Program (ISP) Guidelines.


Through the IS Cases screen, you are able to view IS case details, make your claims and view payments and messages.


Note: The centre CCMS details need to be added into the Centre profile before you can successfully read and submit IS case claims to the government.





Navigating the IS Cases Screen


Navigate to Subsidies in the menu, then select IS Cases from the drop down options.



Select the tab for the section you wish to use

Summary- This will show a list of ISS Cases the hour limits, start and end dates, and any action required for each case.  By selecting the down arrow on a case you can see more information and create a claim for that case. 




Case Claims- This will show IS Claims by their status.  By selecting the status it will display only claims relating to that status.



Payments- This will display a list of payments from IS for processed claims.



Messages- This will display any messages from IS, you can filter them by unread, read and archived.


IS Innovative Solutions- This screen will display any claims the service has with Innovative Solutions Support.
