Guide to completing an Online Enrolment Enquiry

This is for the Inquire > Offer > Enrolment pathway.

This guide will assist families/care givers on completing an online waitlist enquiry/request. Please note this feature will only be available to parents once the link has been embedded on your business/centre website. 


Registering a Waitlist Enrolment

If your Database has more than 1 service linked, the person completing the waitlist will need to select the service they are wishing to enrol into via the drop down menu


Complete your Information including First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address 

Complete child Information including First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, if you need to add more than one child select +Add


Select the start date that you wish to enrol the child from, and what program (Long Day Care, BSC, ASC ect) 

Select the frequency of the schedule weekly/fortnightly, the select the days that you requrie, and select next

*If you have added more than one child the next child will appear once you select Next*


You will have a view of the information you have provided to review and can go back to make any changes or submit.

When pressing submit you will have a pop up confirmation to Review or Submit


You will have notification that this has been sucessfully submitted to the service and your request is on the waitlist.


Once submitted, the centre will review your details and be in touch to determine availability and start date.
