This guide will assist you with Creating and Copying a Link.
Parent's/Guardians will be able to access the link through the businesses website and make a direct online enrolment enquiry.
It will be the Business/Centre's responsibility, once the link is created, to contact IT Departments for further instructions to have the link embedded on your website to allow for parents to access the online enquiry feature.

Creating a Link
When creating a link you will have the following options:
- Link at a centre level (centre pre populated)
- Link at group level (centres by area)
- Link at a Business Level (list of centres/drop down option)
From the Enrolment Menu
Select Settings
Enrolment Management screen
You will be displayed with the Enrolment setting Tabs- Select Web Links
Select + Create button
Complete Fields - Name, States and Centres that the link will be attached to.
Select Create Link
Once link is successfully created, it will appear as below under Link Management Heading
Copying a Link
Select Copy Link in the blue box under Link Management
Editing/Deleting a Link
- Drop down and Edit the Link
- Drop down and Delete the Link
Note - when deleting a link please be aware that all enrolment information for that centre will be deleted.
Please see your IT Department to have the link embedded onto your businesses website.
You will need to provide them the created link.
