Building the Report
To run the report you need to navigate to Billing in the menu, and select Payments from the drop down options.
Select Run Report from the buttons on the top right of the Payments page
Select the centre/s, accounts or All Accounts, the date range, and payment Status you wish to generate on the report. Choose one or all payment methods: Credit card, Bank Account, Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS and Direct Debit, then select Run Report.
Information Found in the Report
The report will then generate as an excel report that you can use to gather the information you are looking for.
